Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-28. WordVibe is a powerful tool. We need a few rules so it doesn't get used for things that would put us or other users at risk.

1. You may not use WordVibe for

• Illegal activity in your jurisdiction or in ours.
• Software piracy — including but not limited to "nulling" commercial WordPress plugins or themes, circumventing license-validation logic, removing copyright notices, distributing pirated software, or building tools that automate the above.
• Generating or distributing malware, ransomware, keyloggers, credential stealers, phishing kits, cryptojackers, or any code designed to harm computers, networks, or users.
• Unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have permission to test. Penetration testing requires explicit written authorization from the system owner.
• Mass spam, scraping, or abuse — automated mass-posting, comment spam, content theft at scale, scraping that violates a target's terms.
• Deception and impersonation — building fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake personas, or content designed to mislead users about the source.
• Content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors. Zero tolerance.
• Targeted harassment, doxxing, threats, or content that incites real-world violence.
• Disinformation campaigns — coordinated inauthentic behavior, manufactured viral content with intent to deceive, election interference, public-health disinformation.
• Adult content involving non-consenting parties or content that violates applicable obscenity law.
• Discrimination — content that targets a person or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics, in violation of local non-discrimination law.
• Circumventing our rate limits, safety filters, or billing system.

2. You also may not

• Share your license key with others or use one key on more sites than your plan allows.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the closed-source orchestrator (the WordPress plugin itself is GPL — feel free).
• Build a competing AI service that resells our API access.
• Probe the server for vulnerabilities without prior written permission ([email protected]).
• Use WordVibe to generate content that impersonates WordVibe or its team.

3. Dual-use cases (these ARE allowed)

WordVibe is a general-purpose code editor. The following dual-use cases are explicitly OK as long as you have appropriate authorization:

• Security research on systems you own, on CTF infrastructure, or with documented written permission.
• Defensive security tooling — building WAF rules, IDS signatures, log analyzers.
• Educational content about vulnerabilities, including code examples.
• Penetration testing under a signed engagement contract.
• WordPress development for adult-themed sites as long as the content itself is legal and consensual.

4. Reporting abuse

If you believe a WordVibe user is violating this policy, email [email protected] with details and (if applicable) the offending site URL. We respond within 72 hours.

If you believe the AI generated content that violates this policy in your own session, email us with the session ID (visible in the chat URL or in WordVibe → License). We will investigate and tune the safety layer.

5. What happens if you violate this policy

• First incident, low severity: a written warning by email, 7 days to correct.
• Repeated or serious incidents: account suspension. Paid customers get a prorated refund of the unused period; abuse-driven terminations forfeit refund.
• Egregious violations (CSAM, malware distribution, targeted threats): immediate termination, no refund, and report to the appropriate authorities.

6. Counsel and changes

We may update this policy as new abuse patterns emerge. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
